You have to find you're maintenance calorie level first.
Which is how many calories you eat per day, to maintain you're current weight.
Track the calories of everything you eat in a day, and come back and tell the guys when you have a rough idea.
Then they'll be able to help you determine how many calories you need o deduct from that maintenance level to lose weight efficiently.
