10/9/13- Supposed to be back day, but I'm packing for vacation, which starts tomorrow, so I will be missing my back workout this week. I have found a gym in Gatlinburg where I can lift for a day fee, so I should get in my leg, shoulder, and chest workouts. We will see how that goes on vacation. I will at least get my leg workout in. I ain't starting over with the soreness. No way, no how.
