CREW BENCH DAY

This has to be my best ever day benching, especially in form. The 275 full ROM raw single felt really light - I could have easily doubled it, and I really cannot believe it. According to Dave, my bench coach, my form was the best its ever been and was damn near perfect. Just some fine tuning required now. Bench has been such a bitch to learn this past year, but now its paying off big time. The Crew said keep that up and 315 will be owned before I know it. Really a proud day in front of the best guys ever to train with.

Going into today, I didn't know what to expect as I was still feeling pretty beat up from Thursday's deadlifts. I think the only thing that saved me was my monthly massage Friday after work.
