10/5/13 Leg day! Heaviest yet! I worked up through my warmup sets, adding in one extra warmup set. When I started in with my sets at 315, I decided I would add 5lbs each set. I mean, what is 5lbs when you are bin the 300's already? Don't get me wrong, 315 isn't what you would call easy for me. It moves steady and semi-fast, but feels very heavy to me. Anyway, I decided I would add 5lbs each set and see if I could still get my 5x5. I got it, but the last two sets nearly became religious experiences.
