Bench - 155x5, 185x5, 205x2, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5
DB Incline - 45x8, 60x8, 75x8 (I haven't done these in a long time since shoulder and they felt real good today.. could have gone up for sure)
Barbell Rows - 185x5 for 3 sets. Haven't done BB Rows in a while because of lower back, but today it felt pretty strong.
