Straight Leg DL - 135x8, 185x5 - Conv stance just hurts my lower back right now.
Trying out sumo deads with band only, 3 sets of 10.
Rear Delt DB - 2 sets of 12
Side Lat Raises - 2 sets of 12 (I think 10s I didn't write down weight)
