Well I was talking about the lower rep version is that the one you ran? 10 sets of 5 with 10RM, then 10 sets of 4 heavier, then 10 sets of 3 heavier again and cycle. Though I am currently doing 1 heavy 10x3 day a week and 1 light 10x10 day for each muscle group and kinda loving it.
