BTB, I just finished your 8 week bench press program and came out with a 15lb PR.

My best bench was 235lbs before my injury, and when I started the program I could only do 205lbs, I based all lifts off of 215lbs.

Saturday I did 250lbs

There is a video on Youtube, I could not figure out how to post it here.
