last weeks lifts went great! unreal pump and fullness. I feel pumped all day. Strength is def up and sexdrive is sky high! Dpol is kickin in ha.
Yesterday I hit legs and my strength was fantastic. I only had time for quads so i will prob hit hams with back. Keeping my food intake high but actually started some cardio to just lose some extra fat. nothing crazy just 20 mins a day post workout. We will so how well i will recover, i havent been too sore lately but after yesterdays leg day i am def feeling it.

two lifts for calves and 20 low intensity cardio. hovering around 280. i think i want to just harden up but stay around this weight. i was thinking to just get to 300 but its to hard to diet down if i get too sloppy.
