225 felt a good trap burn and felt my upper butt lower back working good.
315 versa gripps on and this set was easy, greasing the groove.
405 a workout
495 made quite a noise, most noise in a set that ever came out of me. Probably highest volume in 1 set ever.
585 most weight I ever moved, besides leg press. Even though my CNS said shrug, my shoulders moved not. So 2 rack pulls at 585 is more like it. I was pretty much screaming doing these pulls.
I can't believe how good these pulls were on the lower back. I literally cannot wait to do this again. My upper back, scratch that, my whole back is gonna be screaming tomorrow.!
Yeah man! Glad they were a blast. This is one of my favorite things to do. You'll be surprised too. Before you know it you'll be creeping on 700.
