9/17/13 Cycle ? Week 1 Bench Press
Mini band Tricep Pushdown (slow rep timing)
Overall Workout Grade: A-
Bench felt good. Although this weight is a repeat of last cycle and last cycle I did 280 for more reps than the goal of 5.
Loaded 10lbs heavier on CGBP than I meant to. It worked out good though.
Did Bent over barbell row again this week. I think I'm going to stick with these. I just needed a change from one arm db row.
Band pull downs got the tri's pumped, bb curls killed the biceps.
Not a bad session overall....
