Major fail on the power clean. I just didn't have the explosiveness on that top set.
Bulgarian Split Squats are brutal. I really like them. I am looking forward to progressing them along. I find them very effective for quad glute development, and even hamstring to some extent.
This was a rather quick session. Got started late and had to go to church.
