Today has been a year since I stopped eating gluten do to a gluten intolerance. It has also been about a year and 3 months of lifting. During this year I was out of my house for 2 weeks from hurricane sandy and did not have a gym for 2 months. I train like a powerlifter and do not train for muscle but this is what I have. LindenGarcia18 gave me the idea to do this when they made there progress thread.
I started at 160 pounds skinny fat and could barely bench the bar.
Legs 25 inches
arms 15 and 1/4
I am bulking weight at 182 about 15%bf
