i'm doing the rows on wednesday, pulldowns friday, curls on monday.
i don't think they are affecting my other lifts, those are going well.
steve suggests getting my back and rows super strong, and i do think i need more strength in that area.
i just feel like my rows are weak compared to my bench and even OHP.
not sure how to fix this besides doing more rows.
