I am still not feeling back to 100% after being sick for a week. I didn't restart my cycle or reset I just came back in and picked up where I left off, which is week 3, the heaviest week. Probably a mistake. But i will just start the cycle over and take another run at it.
Having said all that, I still hit my goal for the day. It's just every bench set felt heavy as fuk and I expected some reps on my top set. A little dissapointed with just 1 rep.
I am kind of tired of doing DB rows. So I switched to bb rows. Probably not the best idea, considering I am currently going through physical therapy for lower back issues, but I am too stupid to realize this. It didn't seem to aggrivate my lower back too much.
