9/8/13 AM Hill Sprints
1 minute intervals x 20ish minutes
Overall Workout Grade: C+
Was at the hill by 6:15am. Killed myself for about 20minutes. Doing sprints at 1 minute intervals. It's been over a week since I've done these and my performance wasn't on par. I just didn't have the explosiveness this morning.
