Nice work KD. Keep crushing.

Had to laugh as there was a crew of guys at my old gym who swore full squats would kill you and never went below 1/4 reps. They'd pile the plates on and barely bend their knees over 33 degrees, then shake their heads at me fully expecting me to implode or something. Good times.
