Just a little tester session. Will be running the full cycle for the next 8 weeks based off a target max of 215 which is conservative but should mean I don't miss any reps or break form. Thereafter I will probably switch back to conventional to peak for the meet in December.

Form was ok today. Need to keep hammering that starting position and back flatness. Getting there slowly. Haven't done SLDL for probably three years. Am going to enjoy getting those back up.
