I drink because I enjoy some kinds of alcoholic beverages, and because they're extremely convenient, socially.
Whether or not it has any significantly
positive or negative effects on strength/muscle gains? Don't know for sure, and don't care all that much. I'll just see how I go anyway, and if it turns out that I was "wrong", oh well.
edit: Ironically, the guy who wrote the post I linked to is probably one of many that Mr. Chaos&Pain hates and has little or no respect for.
Current stats: age 38, height 6'2", bw ~96kg (211.6lbs)
