Decent session tonight. The bands make the bar path really hard to control. Left some in the tank for sure but this early in the cycle, that's ok. Lost form a bit on the 145 so went conservative with last jump for a 2.5kgs/5lbs PB. Last set was probably smoothest of the night so left it there. Excited to see how this goes.
