Shoulder press this evening. Worked up to
5 x50kg
5 x 52.5kg
5 x 55kg
Then did 5 drop sets of 10 reps using between 45-65% of my training max. Hideous. After that 5 sets of 10 lateral raises using kettlebells (8kg then 4kg) then finished with some face pulls and pull ups. Again hideous.
