Default

Squats tonight. Wasn't looking forward to them or the 5 sets of 10 reps at 50% as I have felt like shit all day. Haven't slept well all weekend and can't stop shitting either. Also, my grandfather died yesterday morning so my mind and energy were elsewhere.
Still I got my working sets done
5 x 82.5kg
5 x 87.5kg
5 x 92.5kg then I dropped to 52.5 for 3 sets of 10. Then dropped to 50kg for 2 sets of 10. After that I did some sets of toe to bar raises and some weighted sit ups on a decline bench.
Very happy to report I didn't shit my pants.
