Bench today. Did a lot of warming up with lighter weights on the bar and progressed up to my working sets of
5 x 57.5
5 x 60
5 x 62.5
Today I also started using the boring but big assistance work template which meant I did
10 x 52.5
For 5 sets. Felt great doing so much pressing.
After that 5 sets of lat pulldowns for 10 reps each with some pull ups in between sets. Then to finish off 3 x 10 sets of dumbell hammer curls.
