Default

Today was deadlifts and the last day of my deload. Performed the deadlifts then did some dips and about 80 kettlebell swings. Tomorrow I will be on the 1st week of 5/3/1 and in addition to that I will be doing the boring but big assistance work.
Will probably do more kettlebell swings too as I want this fat off.
