Alright I am back! time to catch this stuff up.
8/26/2013 was another day of the deload.. originally planned was to just do mobility, but changed it to do some sling shot work.. I went heavy on sling shot (so I used to mad dog/2ply sling shot) went heavy, but with that sling shot hardly took any blow from it. felt great.

That was all I did for work. rest was all mobility, stretching out, used a lot of bands to do some hip mobility, ankle, and shoulders i got from mobility wod and donnie thompson
