Default

Tonight was shoulder press again using a deload. Maxed out at 5 x 37.5kgs did a few drop sets then did 100+ kettlebell swings to try and torch some belly fat. My physique goal is to look like bane in the dark knight rises. Would rather have an iron core than washboard abs and at 6ft tall it should be achievable. This is while being as strong as possible of course.
