Thanks BTB! We are working on it and tonight was not only a physical test but a mental one as the heat and humidity was killing all of us. It was so thick it was hard to breath but we got work in

I am projecting a new squat max of 520 at the end of my 10 weeks.
Ended with some good mornings and that was all I could do. I will be staying out of the gym until Friday to rest and keep put of the heat.
