Default

It has been a few days due to a busy weekend. Saturday the gym hosted a DL day and it was a lot of fun. Hot as holy heck in there and sweat was plentiful. My intention was to hit a 605 but I only got a 585 after singles working up to it. Wasn't in the tank but I have been pulling a lot so it may be catching up to be a little.
Today was bench and to be honest with the heat I really didn't feel like going but I so glad I did. Working sets:

Felt really good and I will get 370 up for my max.
