Greetings my friends
My name is Chris Brown (not that one) from manchester england. I just turned 30 and have been training about 7 years. Unfortunately the majority of this was spent on garbage workouts from muscle & fitness and flex which got me nowhere. Over the last few months I have been using 5/3/1 and making progress. I don't lift anything special weight wise but love it none the less. I live with my girlfriend and 2 cats, also really enjoy mma. Look forward to speaking to you all at some point and hopefully learning a few things along the way.
