Notice the strong Front Squats and Deads, there's a tip for someone wanting to add lbs to their Pulls.

Spinal erectors; hmm Maybe a couple feeder sets spaced throughout the week? Using a reverse hyper. Don't take it anywhere near failure just pump protein rich blood in the region for a couple sets.
