Nice job on the weight loss. Humbles me that you're only a couple pounds heavier than me right now, but twice as strong (or did you mean you're 210 Kg? That's a lot of pullups for a 462lb man if so! ).

Seriously, still looking pretty strong. Nearly 500 for a double, and fronties over 3pps is a good day's work for anyone any time.
