I used to drink quite a bit of orange juice when I was fat. In fact, one of my favorite fat kid drinks was half orange soda/half orange juice.

I think we're victims of semantics. For all these years people have talked about getting lots of "fruits and veggies". Truth is, veggies are WAY better for you and should be consumed in much higher quantities than fruits.
