It seems like when I do bench or press, I always feel like doing extra work. I think its b/c they are not as taxing as squat and dl.

2 was a wild age! Ready to pull my hair out. I have gotten more gray hairs than I would like. All apart of the parenting game!
Wendler's new book is totally worth it when you are ready.
