Great energy in the gym and it was the busiest I have seen a Friday night. Started with snatch DL's for the first time and they didn't go bad did this set

600x1 hit it again, not quite as pretty but I was spent
Finished with bent over rows and leg aux. Eve did a few yolk walks and made is to about 15-20 yards with 600 on it. It wasn't too bad for my first time.
