Default

Bench aux went very well today even though my body is pretty tore up from squats. For me the second day after a hard workout is the worst.
Worked with 2 boards today and after warmups did
2x315
3x2x335
1x370-could have done a nother but again still feeling it out.
Finshed with aux movements. New goal is 370-375lbs
