Tonight was tough to get loosened up and motivated for squats. I warmed up 2x8x145, 8x235, 4x255 and then I got some work in with working sets 6X295 and 2x6x350. Felt pretty good so I wrapped my knees and did 3x415. I was squatting with a guy who can do 750 raw so he was motivating me to keep going. Wrapped up the knees good and tight and did 465 which is a 10lb PR. Not sure on depth and it could have been a little high but it went down and up. I felt like I could have done more but I don't want to push it. Finished with lunges so get a little different stretch
