Interesting indeed Tannhauser. Always good to distinguish correlation from causation in the case of research, but nonetheless it is pertinent to consider that vitamins at night may cause sleep issues.
If niacin does indeed keep someone awake, they could supplement concurrently with a calming agent like 5-HTP or valerian root.
