Got this on video and had to toss the weight a bit above parallel.
Glad I moved stance closer. Shows how weak my quads have gotten doing with me going wide for so long.

Squats were good.
Even with the short rest periods today took forever. Weird Sunday is always empty. Oh well. I have two scales that I weigh myself on and the Sunday weigh in has been trending upwards. A bit over 170 today.
The longer I train the the less excuses I give myself on form which is good but ticks me off. Wish I did this a long time ago. From now on all my squats are atg so no maybes on depth.
