Hams sound strong to me, I changed to sumo about a month ago because it felt more natural to me. Id say do what feels best, my conventional was 155 kg and the next week it was 170 kg sumo. This could be useful.
Current (Goals) - HB squat:117.5 kg(140 kg) Bench: 95 kg (100 kg) High Pull: 82.5 kg (100 kg)
