From what i can see, on your conventional your hips shoot up a bit fast and i dont see anything wrong with the sumo really but I dont have very much experience critiquing form. Im sure someone with far more experience will help you out.

Squat: 160 kg (135 kg)
Bench: 100 kg (80 kg)
Dead: 200 kg (180 kg)
Start training BJJ/Judo and compete, do a meet, eat more steak !
