Last night I hit a huge milestone of a 600 DL after I completed all of my working sets. Most at the gym thought in a comp it would have been a good lift but there was a tiny bit of hitching. I did not get video as others were busy working on their own stuff. I didn't feel the strongest starting out but it got better as I kept going

I finished with a few sumo DL at 405 but I was pretty spent. Also did some ab work and reverse hyper's. I can really feel it my arm today and hands but so worth it.
