Default

Tonight squats went pretty well. They were not all perfect and a few turned into what you would call half squat/ half good morning. Worked up to 2x6 @345 and 1x6 @ 350. I know depth is still not always there but I feel much better with more weight on the bar. Finished with some straight leg DL and leg presses. I was pretty spent walking out of the gym tonight but 500lb by years end won't happen without hard work. Bench aux tomorrow and can't wait.
