Sumo DL - 135x3, 225, 275, 315, 365, 405, 315, 275, 225, 135x1
It sounds like a lot but I changed from sets of 5 to singles, it's giving me better set up time and I'm keeping the rest periods somewhat short.
Military Press - 95, 135, 155x3, 185x2, 135x3
I like doing a light set after my heavy sets. I might make it a x8 or something, really just getting back going in the gym.
Planks - 3 for 30 seconds a piece
Side Lateral Raise - 10x12, 10x12, 10x12
Burn baby burn.
