Found this little gem from a seminar Kaz did in 1980
Of note to me are 2 items. First his remark that 1/8" muscle is worth more than 2" of fat is priceless. Second his advice on AAS... once you use there's no going back you'll have to keep using and that if you're gonna use consult a doctor as he has known some guys who "messed their blood up" dosing themselves.
