alright, I have held off long enough.

What is it with all of the video's from the front seat of a car? Do they not have air conditioning in their houses?

My concern with too much arch is do you not risk injuring your back at some point? I have seen some videos recently of folks with arch that would put most contortionsist to shame, creating a 4-6" ROM. When I watch, I wonder if that weight is putting the unprotected back at risk? Maybe I am a purist, maybe I am a whimp, but I am not comfortable with a huge arch.
