Diet: Did not write down. I've been eating less than what I normally do. Starting to get hungry feeling and not just the "I want to eat" feeling. Starting to feel less bloated and I'm happy with that.
Keeping my head on straight is going alright. I've been changing my train of thought so instead of dwelling on negatives I will change my thinking into something else. If I make a habit of that I will do just fine.
Played with my car a little bit and once I get more money I will be buying the rest of the things I need for my install.
Successful people do what they have to do whether they feel like it or not.
