Saturday strongman
Training is going so great right now. Farmers is back to what it was pre injuries, now it is time to fly past old prs. Decided to go with the big 15 by Paul carter for log, but I need to check my percentages. Log was tough, reps on log are killer.

Farmers walk

Was only supposed to do my top set once, but I was all jacked up so I did it again. First set felt great, second was rough but finished it. Goin up 10 pounds next week, time to start hitting prs

Log clean and press
105 x 5
125 x 4
145 x 3

180 x 6, 4
After 3 reps of log I feel like I might die. No belt and no wraps on these, gonna stick to that as long as possible

Bear hug keg carry
Full keg x 2 runs x 100 feet or so
Need to get back I to this, works the back so hard

Very happy with this session. My body feels great right now. This is a test week for most of my lifts. Going to get some serious nutrition today, right now trying to cool down.

D-pol and muscle marinade are just awesome. Docus and energy are through the roof. I can not even describe how great my training is right now. Trying to keep the momentum going. Next week I will move up 10 pounds on farmers, then after that may just move up 5. Was thinking of reloading soon, but i feel so good I don't see the need. I think my training volume is perfect for my body to recover.

Starting to feel some effects of slinshot, my muscles feel really full about 30 minutes after my meals. Weight is staying around 220.
