Thursday another great session
Started a little rough, my right shoulder felt funny. I think I slept on it, but it loosened up and went great. Did some extra warm ups, always a good idea

Very happy with this set, since on my last test week I only hit 155 x 11 and I had more in the tank today

Felt great again, gonna keep this train rolling loving muscle marinade, it is perfect for me. Good energy boost and awesome focus. I can honestly say the combination of dpol and MM has taken my workouts to a new level!
