My workday morning starts with a shake consisting of: 1 cup OJ, 2 eggs, a handfull of frozen berries, a banana and 2 scoops of orange flavored whey powder, and if I'm still severely sore from the previous day's training I'll add creatine glutamine and taurine.
My post-workout shake is 1 cup whole milk, 2 schoops chocolate whey and 3 TBSP honey.
My favorite I call "the builder" and it has a cup of milk, a few scoops ice cream, some peanut butter, an egg or 2, and some chocolate whey. Yum.
