I quite often reflect upon where I was once on lifts, especially those of which I struggled with. It's a great motivator to keep at it and have faith in the process. A big congratz on the rep PR of 235. I can appreciate how heavy it is as I am currently doing 235X5.

Hope you are feeling more recovered for squat-o-clock Saturday! I'll be benching with the crew.
High rep rows really get you seeing stars. She started calling them blackout sets! Very fitting.

Reflecting on struggled weights is a big motivator. Keeps me pushing hard.

I am waiting until the wife gets home from work to squat so I better be ready for squat-o-clock.

Thanks Jim!

Congrats. It's fun to look back where you were and be amazed at what accomplishments your body can achieve. You'll look back on this day and be amazed again I'm sure. Smash On!
Thnx OR. Hopefully I'm at 300 when I look back.

Loving the high pulls. Traps are really feeling it this morning. I have been using the snatch grip. Hits 'em pretty good!
